Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional for Rental Sales MHE with 3–5 years of experience to join our Material Handling Equipment division. The role involves generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for MHE products across multiple industries. Strong product knowledge, communication skills, and sales expertise will be essential to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for MHE (Rental) products, including forklifts, reach trucks, and specialized equipment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our MHE offerings.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts for profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote MHE products and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the MHE industry.
- Strong knowledge of MHE equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and warehouse automation systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
