Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Rental Sales Manager specialized in Crane rentals to join our team. As a Rental Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, maintaining existing connections, and driving business growth in the Crane rental sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate new relationships with potential clients in the Crane rental industry.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Record and manage accurate client contact data to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations and timely delivery of Cranes to clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Prepare rental proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 

Role Description: This is a full-time role that may involve remote work and on-site visits as required. The Rental Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Crane rentals, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Crane rental market.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery Industry, preferably in Crane rentals.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and close deals.
  • Knowledge of Crane operations, technical specifications, and safety regulations is desirable.
